I recently made the trip to Auto Locators to check out a Buick I had found online. When we arrived, Richard greeted us, and right away, I could tell he was different from your typical car salesman. He wasn’t pushy, overbearing, or obnoxious. He simply handed us the keys and let us take our time checking out the car and going for a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure.I ultimately decided the Buick wasn’t for me, but I found another car on the lot that I really liked and ended up purchasing it. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Richard and the experience he gave us.I hadn’t purchased a car in a very long time, and Richard made the entire process easy and seamless. He was kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely interested in what I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted and never made me feel pressured or talked down to. There was none of the typical car salesman talk or nonsense you sometimes encounter when buying a car. He was simply a good, honest guy who wanted to help me find the right car.Richard also went above and beyond to make sure a couple of things I wanted addressed before purchasing the car were taken care of. He didn’t hesitate to get them handled and made sure the car was the way we wanted it before moving forward. When Richard tells you he’s going to do something, he follows through and gets it done. That kind of integrity means a lot, especially when you’re making a big purchase.He’s just an all-around great guy. Once you meet him, you’ll understand what I mean. He’s so easy to talk to that you’ll feel like you’ve known him for 20 years!I’m incredibly grateful for the experience we had and for all the time and effort Richard put into helping us. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it an enjoyable experience.I will absolutely be back to Auto Locators as long as Richard is there! If you’re looking for a car and want to deal with someone who is honest, helpful, easygoing, and genuinely cares about his customers, do yourself a favor and go see Richard. You won’t regret it! They let us have a very generous test drive which allowed us to make our decision that same evening and purchase it the next day.

Bought a 2017 Chevy here for my daughter recently. Good price, very clean car. Was impressed with the dealership. No frills, but no pressure. Fair, up front, and lowest "dock fee" of anyplace we went. Average dock fee seems to be about $600. Grayson was $1400. LOL! This place was like $250. Less one star for the location. You take your life in your hands pulling off Airline drive right there.

Sean seems to be a decent salesman and isn't pushy at all from what I experienced. I didn't purchase a vehicle because the two i was interested in were on a consignment and couldn't work out a better price with the owners trying to sell them. No fault to the salesman or staff just throwing it out there some vehicles could be on consignment so make sure to ask first.

We were looking to replace our car in a hurry after an accident. The car we were looking for came up at this dealership. The price was fair, options were right, so we decided it was the one. Since Auto Locators is 100+ miles away we bought the car sight unseen. Sean was excellent to deal with and took care of delivery. Upon receiving the car it exceeded expectations! The car was super clean and everything works.
